Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions stated by Weasel and Stoat Ltd below apply to all transactions on our web site. We may occasionally make changes to our terms and conditions without notice to you, these changes would apply to subsequent orders.
We are happy to exchange or refund any non personalised items of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items can be returned as long as they have not been used or worn and must be returned with all original packaging in a re-saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) to us. We recommend that you return the goods via recorded or registered delivery as we will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us.
If the item you have received is faulty we will of course refund your postage and the cost of your return postage.
Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable unless faulty:
- Anything that is personalised as it can't be resold due to a bespoke element
- Personal items sold i.e underwear.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

All of our products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible by email.
Please note that during busy periods delivery of goods may take a little longer to dispatch (due to printing and processes involved), however we do aim to dispatch all goods ordered within 48 hours Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Orders which are being dispatched to addresses outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

Weasel and Stoat Ltd is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the "Sale of Goods Act 1979" as amended by the "Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994".
